MIARYA offers handmade creations, decorative items, photography props, art pieces, workshop services, and selected custom-made products. Each item is created and offered with care and attention to quality.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website.

2. Products

Most MIARYA products are handmade or custom created. Because of this, slight variations in color, shape, texture, finish, or dimensions may occur. These natural differences are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade work.

Product photos are presented as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

3. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive confirmation by email. An order becomes final once payment has been successfully completed.

MIARYA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected misuse, unavailable stock, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on the website are in Euro (€), unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.

MIARYA reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs to Belgium and Nederlands are €6 per order.

Orders of €50 or more qualify for free shipping.

Orders are carefully packed and shipped as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, season, and courier services. 

Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 days, Custom made items or large quantities can take a few days longer, but you will be informed at the time of purchase. You can always contact us and ask for the possibilities before your order.

MIARYA is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing within the EU, you may have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless the item falls under an exception (such as personalized or custom-made goods).

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom-made, personalized, hygiene-sensitive, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return.

Please contact us before sending any return.

7. Workshops and Creative Services

Bookings for workshops or custom creative services require advance payment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on preparation costs, timing, and circumstances.

8. Safety and Use of Products

Photography props, decorative items, and children-related props must always be used under adult supervision, they are not toys.

MIARYA products are intended for decorative or creative use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for safe and proper use of all items.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, texts, logos, branding, and creative content on this website remain the property of MIARYA unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

10. Liability

MIARYA is not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or damages resulting from misuse of products.

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase amount of the relevant order, except where mandatory law states otherwise.
